Position Summary

We are looking for a General Manager to lead our high-performing family entertainment center located in beautiful Prescott Valley, AZ. As a General Manager, you will oversee all facets of operations, team leadership, financial performance, and guest satisfaction to achieve operational excellence across departments. Job Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent; college or technical degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of industry-related management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Basic knowledge of electronics and a clean driving record.
• The ability and willingness to travel as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, vendor relations, and overall cost control.

Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement strategic plans to align with company performance goals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records.
• Ensure full compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
