Job Qualifications

As the Assistant Manager in Prescott Valley, AZ, you will be responsible for:
Leadership & Team Development
- Assisting the General Manager with staff performance evaluations and training.
- Providing regular, constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
- Leading daily operations and collaborating with department supervisors to ensure optimal team performance and guest satisfaction.
Operational Efficiency
- Managing revenue goals and expense controls to meet financial objectives.
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer feedback, ensuring all guest concerns are resolved swiftly and effectively.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized facility and collaborating on equipment inspections and maintenance.
Inventory & Merchandise
- Monitoring and managing inventory accuracy with periodic stock counts.
- Supporting procurement and sales through trend analysis and restocking initiatives.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensuring compliance with all laws, including OSHA, ADA, and other regulations.
- Safeguarding company assets, including sensitive information and equipment.
