What You'll Be Doing

As a Shift Manager, you’re a key leader in running daily operations and ensuring our guests leave happy every time. Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading, mentoring, and motivating a fantastic team during your shifts.
• Managing the flow of service to keep things smooth, efficient, and fun.
• Stepping in as the “go-to” person for problem-solving and keeping plans on track.
• Supporting a warm and inviting guest experience by upholding our hospitality standards.
