Title of Position: Assistant General Manager

Compensation: $65k to $70k plus bonus and benefits

Job Description: Our Assistant Restaurant General Manager must be detail-oriented and highly committed to excellence. The Assistant Restaurant General Manager will provide exceptional customer service, along with having excellent communication skills. The Assistant Restaurant General Manager will work directly under the Restaurant General Manager to assist in overseeing all restaurant operations, including the FOH, BOH, and all administrative and financial duties. As the Assistant Restaurant General Manager, it will be up to you to lead by example, showing enthusiasm while you motivate and inspire your team. The Assistant Restaurant General Manager must be able to manage the workflow in a fast-paced environment and be a master of multi-tasking and delegating.

Qualifications:

·        The Assistant Restaurant General Manager must have high-volume restaurant experience of at least three years
