Position Title: Restaurant General Manager - Managing Partner

Job Description:

As a Managing Partner, you’ll take ownership of three key areas: People, Sales, and Profits. Your mission will be to drive sales through exceptional service and to develop a comprehensive sales-growth strategy, both within the restaurant and in the local community. You’ll work closely with the Director of Operations to identify and implement strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s P&L, ensuring food, beverage, and labor costs remain within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
