Location: Kansas City, MO (Travel across metro area required)

Compensation: $70,000–$75,000 base + up to 50% bonus potential

We’re launching 5 new fast-casual locations in the Kansas City area in 2025 and are seeking a District Manager with strong multi-unit experience to help drive this ambitious expansion. 🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Multiple Stores: Oversee daily operations and performance of 5+ locations
  • Build Elite Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and crew members
  • Drive Culture: Create a supportive, energetic, and inclusive work environment
  • Performance Focus: Set and meet KPIs related to labor, food cost, and customer satisfaction
  • Launch Leadership: Ensure smooth opening of new stores, from staffing to operations
  • Hands-On Support: Be present in the field—leading by example and problem-solving on-site
  • Business Management: Handle scheduling, local payroll, inventory, and expense control

  • 3+ years in a district manager or multi-unit management role
  • Experience in QSR, fast-casual, or high-volume food service
  • Strong communication and team development skills

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $70,000–$75,000 annually
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 50% of base salary
