Assistant Restaurant Manager – Fast Casual/QSR | Liberty, MO

Compensation: $45,000–$52,000 base + performance bonus

Schedule: Full-time | Rotating weekends | Flexible shifts

What You'll Do:

• Support daily restaurant operations and drive consistent performance
• Lead and coach a team of 10–20 employees during high-volume shifts
• Maintain high standards in food quality, service, safety, and cleanliness
• Assist the General Manager with scheduling, inventory, and administrative duties
• Deliver training and development to help team members grow
• Step into the GM role when needed and act as a hands-on leader

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience (fast casual, full service, or QSR)
• Proven ability to manage teams and maintain operational excellence
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Energetic, motivated, and guest-focused mindset
