Kitchen Manager – Full Service Restaurant Leadership | Springfield, MO
Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 base + performance bonus
Schedule: Full-time | Rotating weekends | Open availability preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations to ensure food quality, consistency, and safety
- Hire, train, and develop kitchen team members to maintain high performance
- Oversee prep, production, and execution of menu items during peak service times
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Control food cost, inventory, and waste through efficient ordering and prep systems
- Collaborate with front-of-house managers to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Foster a respectful, supportive, and positive back-of-house team culture
What You Bring:
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen leadership experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong understanding of BOH systems, inventory control, and labor management
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Ability to train, mentor, and motivate a diverse kitchen team
- Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
- Availability for full-time hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
