What You’ll Do:

As the Restaurant General Manager, you’ll be the heart of daily operations—driving team success, guest satisfaction, and business performance.

• Lead and motivate a team of 15–25 employees with clear direction and accountability
• Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Monitor financial performance, labor costs, food quality, and inventory management
• Recruit, train, and develop front- and back-of-house staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food sanitation standards
• Drive community involvement and local marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (fast casual, QSR, or full-service)
• Proven success managing profit and loss, labor, and food cost controls
