Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant setting
• Train, mentor, and motivate hourly team members to achieve service excellence
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction standards
• Collaborate with the General Manager on P&L performance, labor management, and scheduling
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed according to company standards
• Create a positive team culture built on respect, accountability, and performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service or casual dining environment
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and service standards

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $65,000–$70,000
