Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
• Drive sales and manage profit & loss to achieve financial goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant environment
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams of 20+ employees
• Strong operational knowledge: scheduling, inventory, P&L, guest relations
• High emotional intelligence and a servant-leader mindset
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
