What You’ll Do:


As the General Manager, you’ll have full ownership of daily restaurant operations. Your focus will be on financial results, staffing, guest satisfaction, and compliance — all while developing a motivated team and fostering a positive culture. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and control all restaurant costs including labor, food, supplies, and utilities
  • Oversee cash control, inventory, P&L reviews, and ensure accurate daily reporting
  • Enforce ServSafe food safety practices and all operational health regulations
  • Ensure high standards in food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and safety
  • Lead recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, and team performance management
  • Conduct regular staff development, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Resolve guest issues professionally and effectively to build repeat business
  • Ensure compliance with all airport/landlord policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented restaurant at all times


What We’re Looking For:

We’re targeting a results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings at least 3 years of restaurant general management experience in fast casual, full service, or QSR settings.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of GM-level experience in foodservice (QSR/fast casual preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule including rotating weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
