Position Title: Restaurant Manager

What You’ll Do:

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring an outstanding guest experience and a strong team culture. You’ll lead and support staff, maintain high standards for service and cleanliness, and help drive overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire front- and back-of-house staff to deliver consistent, top-notch service
• Schedule and manage team performance, staffing, and training needs
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor food and beverage quality and work closely with the kitchen team
• Track restaurant performance including budgeting, labor control, and P&L analysis
• Support marketing initiatives and community events to drive traffic
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Maintain restaurant systems and processes for smooth daily operations
