The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering top-tier food, beverage, and guest service. As Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the daily operations and in shaping a workplace culture that reflects our values of integrity, teamwork, and genuine hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate a front-of-house team focused on hospitality and efficiency
• Ensure consistent, high-quality food and beverage service across all shifts
• Manage daily operations including opening/closing, shift supervision, and guest service
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships—emphasizing local sourcing
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with the culinary team on seasonal menu development and specials
• Promote a positive, welcoming environment for both guests and staff

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant or bar management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Calm under pressure, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Experience with Toast POS and knowledge of MA State Lottery operations (a plus)
• A strong work ethic and a deep passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
