Job Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or club environment, with a track record in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen management, inventory control, and budgeting.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Exceptional customer service skills and experience training and developing staff.
