Position Overview

As Kitchen Manager, you will:

• Oversee all back-of-house operations
• Work the line and expo station during peak service
• Develop staff schedules and manage labor costs
• Create menus and conduct cost analysis for profitability
• Lead hiring, training, and development initiatives for BOH staff
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor food and beverage quality and execution
• Conduct weekly inventory management and ordering
• Oversee prep production and receiving operations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years Kitchen Management experience in high-volume, scratch kitchen environments
