Job Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of operations management experience in QSR, Fast-Casual, or Casual Dining establishments.
- Proven expertise in driving employee and guest satisfaction while improving financial performance.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Basic business math and accounting knowledge with computer literacy and data analytics proficiency.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, coaching, and developing team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Restaurant General Manager in Farmington, UT, your role will entail:
Leadership and Team Development:
