What you’ll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned locations, acting as the on-site leadership resource.
• Coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable to brand standards and performance goals.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent; build bench strength and succession plans.
• Monitor food quality, speed of service, and hospitality standards; resolve guest issues with care.
• Manage labor, COGS, and controllables to achieve profitability targets.
• Partner with corporate and field leaders to roll out initiatives and share best practices.

• 3+ years of GM-level or floating/general oversight in high-volume casual dining or QSR
