Job Qualifications

To excel in the role of Restaurant CFO in Dallas, Texas, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA is strongly preferred).
• A minimum of 8+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience in a multi-entity, high-volume, or restaurant franchise-heavy environment is ideal.
• Advanced budgeting, financial modeling, and analytical skills with a strong understanding of GAAP, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration capabilities.
• Integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive financial data.

Job Responsibilities

As the Restaurant CFO, based in Dallas, Texas, you will be entrusted with executing the following responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee financial strategies that align with organizational goals and deliver optimal outcomes.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple brands and entities.
• Manage cash flow, treasury operations, banking relations, and risk management activities.
• Establish and implement internal controls and compliance measures to safeguard company resources.

• Collaborate with department heads to support initiatives with data-driven recommendations.
