Title of Position: Dual Sales Manager

Job Description: The Dual Sales Manager will be responsible for revenue generation for a multi-unit development. The Dual Sales Manager will coordinate with on-site teams to foster a team environment from both a sales and guest service approach. The Dual Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly and annual revenue targets by generating brand-new and repeat business through referrals, telephone solicitation, direct mail, outside sales calls, networking, and other community marketing techniques.

Qualifications:

·       The Dual Sales Manager candidate must have high-volume sales experience of at least 3 years.

·       The Dual Sales Manager must be able to sell in a multi-property environment.

·       A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must.

·       A solid track record in achieving financial results.

·       The Dual Sales Manager must be extremely guest-oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity.

·       A requirement for the Dual Sales Manager is that you must be able to thrive in and foster a team environment.

·       Prior Marriott or Hilton brand affiliation is preferred.
