We are seeking a seasoned Head Chef to lead the culinary operations of a brand-new, 55-seat seafood restaurant. This is a prime opportunity for a hands-on leader to manage a dynamic kitchen while enjoying the backdrop of Martha’s Vineyard.


Operational Focus: Quality Meets Efficiency


This role requires a strategic approach to menu engineering. You will operate within a compact kitchen footprint, requiring a balance of high-quality seafood execution and operational efficiency. We are looking for a chef who understands how to maximize output in a limited space without overcomplicating prep—smart utilization of resources is key.


Compensation & Benefits


  • HOUSING PROVIDED: Accommodation is included as part of the employment package (Note: No pets allowed).
  • Salary: $80,000 – $110,000, commensurate with experience.
