An established and highly respected coastal restaurant in beautiful Flagler Beach is seeking a passionate, hands-on Front of House Manager to join its leadership team.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily front-of-house operations and service execution
• Maintain a visible, hands-on leadership presence during peak service periods
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns with professionalism
• Train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members
• Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless service and communication
• Manage beverage and operational inventory
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Assist with beverage program enhancements and menu updates
• Drive team performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in restaurant management
• Strong knowledge of bar operations, cocktails, beer, and wine
• Positive, energetic, and team-focused leadership style
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with POS systems (Pinnacle experience a plus)
• Prior supervisory or assistant management experience
