Title of Position: Business Development Manager

Job Description: The Business Development Sales Manager will be responsible for traveling across Pennsylvania to generate and identify new business leads for our hotel group. The Business Development Manager will uncover lead targets by generating brand-new and repeat business through referrals, telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, networking, and other community marketing techniques.

Qualifications:

· The Sales Manager must have high-volume hotel sales experience of at least 3 years of hotel sales and be able to travel approximately 70% of the time

· A passion for developing business and executing leads across the state of Pennsylvania

· A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Sales Manager

· The Sales Manager must be extremely guest-oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
