We’re searching for a people-first General Manager to lead our Yarmouth, MA restaurant—and in this unique opportunity, you’ll also oversee a small café operation alongside the restaurant. This is an ideal role for a proven leader who can balance day-to-day execution while driving results across our two locations.

What You’ll Be Doing


1. Team Leadership, Training & Development

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent
  • Coach and develop managers and hourly staff to build a high-accountability culture
  • Create and execute training systems that raise performance at every level
  • Lead by example through hands-on, consistent leadership

2. Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences

  • Ensure every guest enjoys a consistent, high-quality experience
  • Build a service culture rooted in hospitality, cleanliness, and speed
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and proactively
  • Strengthen loyalty through excellent execution and community presence

3. Food & Beverage Excellence

  • Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Ensure strong bar and beverage execution
  • Manage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and cost controls
  • Oversee food safety, sanitation, and compliance at all times

4. Operational & Administrative Execution

  • Lead all daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and labor planning
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations
  • Complete daily/weekly/monthly reporting and administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and high-functioning environment

5. Community, Local Marketing & Social Media

  • Drive sales through “4 Walls” marketing and local outreach
  • Strengthen community partnerships and develop brand presence
  • Support social media activity: posting, promotions, engagement strategies
  • Build relationships with local businesses to expand traffic and reputation

6. Full Ownership of P&L Performance

  • Own the financial success of both restaurant + café operations
  • Manage and improve all P&L line items: sales, labor, COGS, controllables, profit
  • Analyze trends, solve problems fast, and build action plans that deliver results
  • Lead with a metrics-driven mindset that produces consistent growth

7. Multi-Unit Oversight: Restaurant + Café

  • Oversee staffing, service, and operational execution across both operations
  • Ensure brand consistency, quality, and performance in each unit
  • Support café team leadership while maintaining strong restaurant results
  • Balance priorities and elevate both concepts through structure, coaching, and accountability


What We’re Looking For

  • Multi-unit leadership experience is strongly preferred (restaurant, café, or similar operations)
  • Proven General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong leader who develops teams and holds high standards
  • Solid understanding of P&L responsibility and performance drivers
  • Comfortable with marketing, social media, and community outreach
  • Organized, reliable, and driven to win
