Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year + excellent benefits

About the Role

Our informal neighborhood spot features a casual, Italian-inspired menu paired with a dynamic cocktail program. As Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring our high standards for food quality, safety, and profitability are met. You will mentor and train the culinary team, driving a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Direct all kitchen activities, including food preparation, safety compliance, and sanitation.
• Financial Management: Manage labor and food costs, budgeting, and menu engineering to maximize profitability.
• Team Development: Hire, train, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a respectful and equitable workplace environment.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume establishment.
• Strong culinary background with a proven history of high-quality, scratch-kitchen production.
• Proficiency in cost controls and financial management.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
• A Culinary Arts degree is preferred, though exceptional experience will be considered.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
