Job Qualifications
To excel as a Restaurant General Manager at our Bountiful, UT location, you’ll need the following:
- Experience: 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-casual or high-volume settings.
- Certifications: ServSafe Certification (or ability to acquire shortly after hiring).
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and local marketing.
- Familiarity with restaurant tech systems and advanced operational tools.
- Availability: Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Mindset: Customer-first attitude, passion for health-conscious dining, and ability to foster a fun, high-energy team environment.
Job Responsibilities
As a Restaurant General Manager for our Bountiful, UT team, your key responsibilities include:
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including streamlined food prep with high-tech ovens, inventory management, and maintaining impeccable cleanliness.
- Supervise climate-controlled workspaces for an exceptional employee experience.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure the smooth launch and operation of our new Boise location.
- Cultivate a positive, fast-paced, and collaborative restaurant culture that thrives on the principles of speed, taste, and nutrition.
Customer Experience:
- Drive customer satisfaction by addressing concerns swiftly, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining our efficient drive-thru service.
Financial Responsibility:
- Achieve profitability benchmarks by managing labor costs, food costs (COGS), and overall expenses, contributing to a sustainable and thriving operation.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Adhere to strict food safety standards, sanitation requirements, and company policy compliance at all times.
