Key Responsibilities
As Executive Chef, you will:
- Lead all culinary operations with creativity, precision, and passion
- Mentor and develop a talented kitchen team
- Maintain rigorous standards for food quality, safety, and consistency
- Collaborate on seasonal menu development to drive guest excitement and loyalty
- Manage back-of-house operations, including inventory control and food cost management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5M+
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of back-of-house operations, including inventory management, food safety protocols, and kitchen systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Current ServSafe Certification
- Current Allergy Certification
