Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Restaurant

What You'll Do:

• Support the General Manager in daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and P&L management
• Train, coach, and motivate a great team to provide outstanding service
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are exceeded
• Drive sales through excellent guest engagement and operational efficiency
• Step in as leader when needed – hands-on role with real impact

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (AGM or similar preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development
• Proven track record in a high-volume, quick-service or casual dining environment
• Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain quickly)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings/weekends
