Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full daily operations: front-of-house service, kitchen/back-of-house, inventory, food safety, and P&L
• Recruit, train, schedule, and inspire a dedicated team of 15–30 staff
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences, consistent product quality, and a spotless, inviting space
• Control costs, labor, and waste to achieve strong profitability targets
• Build vendor relationships, support local promotions, and engage with the Madras community
• Ensure full compliance with health regulations, operational standards, and company guidelines

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of proven restaurant management experience (pizza, QSR, or fast-casual preferred)
• Demonstrated success in team leadership, customer satisfaction, and sales/profit growth
• Excellent organization, problem-solving, and ability to perform in a fast-paced setting
• Genuine passion for food, people, and community—Central Oregon knowledge is a plus!
• Valid Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain one quickly)
