What you’ll own:
- Full P&L responsibility for a high-volume restaurant
- Leading, developing, and inspiring a passionate team of hourly and management staff
- Driving top-line sales while protecting margins and guest experience
- Maintaining the highest standards in food quality, safety, and service
- Partnering with ownership to keep our Northwest roots strong while growing the business
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant (full-service or high-energy concept preferred)
- Proven track record of hitting sales, labor, and food cost targets
- Strong leadership presence — you motivate, you coach, you hold people accountable
- Passion for the Northwest and genuine care for your team and guests
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on ownership group
