What you’ll own:

  • Full P&L responsibility for a high-volume restaurant
  • Leading, developing, and inspiring a passionate team of hourly and management staff
  • Driving top-line sales while protecting margins and guest experience
  • Maintaining the highest standards in food quality, safety, and service
  • Partnering with ownership to keep our Northwest roots strong while growing the business

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant (full-service or high-energy concept preferred)
  • Proven track record of hitting sales, labor, and food cost targets
  • Strong leadership presence — you motivate, you coach, you hold people accountable
  • Passion for the Northwest and genuine care for your team and guests
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on ownership group
