Job Qualifications:

To excel in this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of previous restaurant manager experience.
  • 2-4 years of high-volume bar or restaurant experience.
  • Must hold a valid Liquor License certification.
  • Food Manager Certification is required.
  • Strong English and Spanish communication skills (bilingual proficiency).
  • Flexibility to work on holidays, nights, and weekends with the ability to extend hours during peak times.


Job Responsibilities:

As the Restaurant Assistant General Manager in Tucson, AZ, you will:

  • Direct and assist store employees to achieve a profitable and guest-focused store environment aligned with the brand concept.
  • Maintain superior standards for service, cleanliness, and atmosphere to ensure an outstanding dining experience.
  • Oversee cost management, including food, beverages, labor, utilities, and supplies, while adhering to company service levels.
  • Accurately complete financial and payroll-related administrative duties in a timely manner.
  • Enforce sanitation policies for food handling, cleanliness, and adherence to federal, state, and local safety laws.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of Assistant Managers, Kitchen Managers, and hourly employees.
  • Develop team members through regular feedback and performance expectations.
  • Ensure a safe environment by implementing proper security and safety procedures, including prompt reporting of incidents.
  • Handle daily operations tasks such as scheduling, decision-making, planning, and ensuring product quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Properly operate and troubleshoot the POS system, collaborating with IT as needed.
