What You'll Do

As our Assistant Manager, you’re a core part of our leadership team. You’ll run great shifts, support your team's development, and keep our high standards intact.

• Delight our guests: Make sure everyone leaves happy with the quality of our food, service, and staff.
• Build relationships: Turn first-time visitors into loyal, long-term regulars.
• Lead and inspire: Coach and motivate your team to hit goals in sales, speed, and order accuracy. Celebrate the wins together!
• Grow the team: Help interview, select, and train new staff in food safety standards.
• Shape the culture: Foster an environment of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.

This Opportunity Is for You If:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have 1+ years of restaurant management experience (preferred).
• You know how to direct, motivate, and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• You have a ServSafe certification (or are ready to get one).
• You have flexible availability. This role requires nights and weekends, and priorities can shift quickly.
• You are willing to undergo a standard background check.
• You can lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds, and comfortably stand or walk for up to 6 hours.
• You can communicate clearly and catch directions quickly, even when the cafe gets loud.
