Franchise Relationship Manager
Salary: $60,000 – $95,000 annually (based on experience)
Reports To: President
Employment Type: Full‑time
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Franchise Relationship Manager to serve as the primary connection between corporate leadership and franchise partners. This role is responsible for developing strong working relationships with franchise owners, supporting operational and financial performance, and ensuring alignment with brand standards and long‑term business objectives.
The ideal candidate is relationship‑driven, operationally knowledgeable in hospitality, and comfortable working closely with owners and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned franchise partners
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with franchise owners and leadership teams
- Support franchise partners in achieving operational, financial, and brand performance goals
- Monitor and guide compliance with brand standards, policies, and operating procedures
- Conduct regular business reviews, property visits, and performance evaluations
- Identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities; recommend and help implement solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, marketing, finance, and development
- Support onboarding and integration of new franchise properties
- Assist with franchise renewals, performance improvement plans, and growth initiatives
- Prepare reports, analysis, and recommendations for executive leadership
- Travel to franchise locations as required
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in hospitality operations, franchise management, hotel leadership, or related roles
- Strong understanding of hotel operational standards and owner relations
- Demonstrated ability to manage partnerships and influence outcomes without direct authority
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business reporting tools
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
