Compensation: $130,000 to $150,000 plus 40% bonus potential.
Summary:
The Director of Sales & Marketing will develop and solicit group and catering business across all markets to ensure the necessary bookings to meet the hotel’s group revenue targets. The Director will oversee the Sales and Events department as well as the hotel’s marketing initiatives. This role will also collaborate closely with the Revenue Management team to maximize all revenue opportunities. The Director of Sales & Marketing will prepare monthly reports and sales forecasts that accurately reflect current and potential business opportunities and marketing strategies. This position is a key member of the hotel’s leadership team and will participate in meetings related to upcoming events, budget planning, and overall operations.

Qualifications:
