Compensation: $120k to $140k annually plus 40% bonus potential.


Job Description:


The Director of Revenue Management will oversee the development and execution of pricing strategies, channel distribution, and revenue optimization for our property. This on-site leadership role requires a highly analytical and strategic professional who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, forecast demand, and implement effective sales strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of revenue management experience in the hospitality industry, with prior Marriott and Hawaii market experience preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications and revenue management systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with experience in union environments preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
