What You Will Do:

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring strict adherence to our high company standards.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by actively monitoring business flow and soliciting guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage labor metrics and conduct weekly financial analyses to optimize profitability.
• Lead daily alignment meetings and ongoing training sessions for management and team members.
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and allergen awareness regulations.
• Plan and optimize team schedules for seamless service during peak hours.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience and at least 3 years in the hospitality industry.
• Strong operational knowledge of kitchen techniques, cooking standards, and allergen protocols.
• Proven ability to read, interpret, and explain financial reports to mentor your team effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office software.
• The physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs and seamlessly transition between kitchen and front-of-house environments.
