What You Will Do
As the Kitchen Manager, you will provide the solution to daily operational challenges, working closely with the General Manager to ensure seamless service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing BOH Operations: Direct daily kitchen activities, ensuring strict adherence to recipe specifications and quality standards.
- Managing Inventory and Costs: Control food costs through precise online purchasing, vendor management, and routine inventory tracking.
- Executing Food Safety Protocols: Maintain impeccable sanitation standards and rigorously uphold the facility's HACCP Plan.
- Developing Culinary Talent: Train, align, and mentor team members on menu builds, cooking techniques, and operational excellence.
- Optimizing Service Flow: Improve kitchen efficiency to reduce ticket times while maintaining consistent, high-quality output.
What You Bring to the Table
