Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: Our Restaurant Manager will assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all functions of the restaurant to ensure high standards of customer service are being met, as well as the production of top-quality products. The Restaurant Manager in this position will manage a staff of approximately 10 employees by assigning, overseeing, and assessing their work and will oversee recommending promotions, transfers or terminations of employees based on performance. The Restaurant Manager will delegate and be responsible for the ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for the restaurant to ensure a minimum loss from waste or theft.

Qualifications:

• Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Restaurant Manager
• The Restaurant Manager must have a proven track record in assisting the company in the achievement of solid financial results
• A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant Manager must possess
• This position requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience as Restaurant Manager in a high-volume environment
• You must have a vehicle and a drivers license
