KITCHEN MANAGER Established Full-Service Restaurant Group | Portage, MI | Battle Creek, MI

What You'll Do
- Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- In conjunction with all management, enforce compliance with all employment policies and oversee cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests at all times
- Provide or direct all Front of House training
- Manage performance of Front of House employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
- Enforce applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Assist with the development of all key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily performance feedback during one-on-ones
- Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend the hiring of Front of House employees
- Direct work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours
- Create a fun, safe environment by following our core values and operational goals, and implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
- Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures
Compensation
- Up to $55,000 base salary
- Monthly Profit-Sharing Program
