Ultra-luxury Caribbean resort group is seeking a Multi-Property General Manager to oversee an operating Forbes-caliber resort and a new luxury opening. Rare opportunity to lead within a globally recognized, owner-driven environment with significant growth potential.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8–10 years as a Hotel Manager or General Manager in luxury resorts with EP-no "all inclusive"

• Experience overseeing complex multi-outlet resort operations, ideally including villas/residences

• New opening or major repositioning experience required

• Background in Forbes Five-Star or comparable ultra-luxury hospitality required

• Strong financial acumen with experience driving profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and owner reporting

• Proven success leading large, cross-functional teams with a hands-on leadership style

• Bilingual English/Spanish required

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations and strategic leadership for two luxury resort assets, including one new opening

• Lead all divisions including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Recreation, and Guest Experience

• Partner with ownership and executive leadership to achieve financial, operational, and guest satisfaction goals

• Drive pre-opening readiness, service culture, and operational excellence across both properties

• Mentor and develop department heads while fostering a high-performance, luxury service environment

• Ensure brand standards, owner expectations, and Forbes-level service execution are consistently achieved
