The FOH Manager will oversee all dining room operations, ensuring guests experience traditional Turkish hospitality (misafirperverlik). The ideal candidate is a proactive leader skilled in staff training, customer service, and

• Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule servers, hosts, and bussers, fostering a positive team culture.
• Service Excellence: Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring seamless service and prompt, welcoming attention to all guests.
• Guest Experience: Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Operational Standards: Maintain high cleanliness, health, and safety standards in the dining area, adhering to all local regulations.
