Your Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
Lead, coach, and develop BOH team members to drive performance and consistency
Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maintain profitability
Support overall restaurant operations and partner with FOH leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years of kitchen management or BOH leadership experience in a high-volume setting
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
Proven ability to manage food costs, labor, and inventory
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Passion for hospitality, quality, and team success
