We are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our team in Brockton, MA. In this role, you will oversee all Back of House operations. You will be responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products efficiently while adhering to established recipes and procedures. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee the preparation of food to ensure consistency with established recipes and quality standards.
- Enforce compliance with all company policies, maintain strict cleanliness standards, and ensure guest safety at all times.
- Monitor kitchen productivity to maintain efficient ticket times and prompt service.
- Manage the performance of Back of House staff through regular evaluations, coaching, and professional development.
- Develop key employees and hourly staff by providing constructive, daily feedback.
- Conduct formal taste and temperature checks to ensure food safety and proper inventory management.
- Oversee the safe handling, maintenance, and storage of all kitchen ingredients and equipment.
- Control food waste and manage kitchen labor costs to maximize operational profitability.
- Create weekly schedules, assign daily tasks, and direct the workflow of the kitchen staff.
- Train employees on proper equipment maintenance and cleaning protocols.
- Recruit, interview, and hire top-tier Back of House talent.
