Executive Housekeeper

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 + quarterly bonus

A full-service hotel in Tallahassee is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department, uphold cleanliness standards, and support a strong guest experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage daily room operations, develop a reliable team, and maintain high standards across guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house spaces

• Hire, train, schedule, coach, and develop housekeeping team members

• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards

• Manage labor, supplies, inventory, linen, and department expenses

• Partner with front office and maintenance to support room readiness and guest satisfaction

• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency

• Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance standards

• Drive accountability, productivity, and team morale

Qualifications

• Executive Housekeeper or housekeeping leadership experience required

• Hotel experience required; full-service or lifestyle hotel experience preferred

• Strong eye for detail and cleanliness standards

• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team

• Comfortable managing labor, inventory, inspections, and guest recovery

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through

• Hands-on leadership style and flexible schedule availability
