Miami Area Airport Hospitality Leadership Opportunity

Salary: $90,000

A high volume, full service restaurant operation in the Miami area is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead day to day operations inside a fast paced hospitality environment. This is not a quick service role. The operation delivers a full dining experience with structured service standards, a full bar program, and a strong focus on guest engagement, execution, and team leadership.

This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives in high traffic environments, understands how to balance service with speed, and can lead large teams while maintaining standards under pressure.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading all front and back of house operations

• Driving guest satisfaction and maintaining strong service standards

• Managing labor, scheduling, and daily financial performance

• Coaching and developing management and hourly teams

• Maintaining accountability around food quality, beverage execution, cleanliness, and hospitality standards

• Overseeing inventory, cost controls, and operational efficiency

• Hiring, training, and retaining team members in a high volume environment

• Working closely with senior leadership on operational goals and performance initiatives

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, alcohol, and company standards

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a full service restaurant environment

• Strong understanding of structured steps of service and bar operations

• High volume experience is required

• Proven leadership ability with large teams

• Financial acumen including labor management, P&L exposure, and cost controls

• Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast paced environment

• Hands on leadership style with strong floor presence

• Hospitality first mindset with strong communication skills
