A well-established, high-volume full-service restaurant is seeking a strong Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manager who enjoys leading from the floor, developing hourly team members, driving service standards, and being part of a stable restaurant group with strong systems and continued growth. We are looking for a leader who can bring energy, consistency, accountability, and a guest-first mindset to a busy restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing daily restaurant operations, supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house execution, controlling costs, and helping build a team culture focused on hospitality, quality, and performance.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on service, execution, and team development
• Coach, train, and motivate hourly team members to deliver consistent guest experiences
• Support scheduling, labor management, inventory, and controllable cost targets
• Maintain high standards in food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Work closely with the General Manager and management team to drive sales and operational results
• Handle guest concerns professionally and help create a positive dining experience
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed consistently

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
• Full-service, casual dining, or high-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead from the floor and create accountability with the team
• Experience with labor, food cost, inventory, guest satisfaction, and team training
• Stable work history and a genuine passion for hospitality
