A well-established limited-service hotel in the Quad Cities region is searching for a hands-on, energetic, and guest-focused General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive team success. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and understands how to balance guest satisfaction with operational performance.

We are looking for a leader who is visible, engaged, and not afraid to jump in wherever needed to support the team and the guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate team members
• Drive guest satisfaction scores and online reputation management
• Manage labor costs, budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance
• Ensure brand standards and operational procedures are consistently followed
• Maintain a strong presence throughout the property with a hands-on leadership approach
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top hospitality talent
• Build a positive and accountable team culture

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager
• Hands-on leadership style with strong operational knowledge
• Background in limited-service or select-service hotel operations preferred
• Strong communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and team performance
• Experience managing budgets, labor, and hotel KPIs
• Brand experience with major hotel flags is a plus
