Key Responsibilities for the General Manager

• Lead all FOH + BOH operations for a high-volume casual dining restaurant in Wilmington, DE
• Drive revenue + control costs – manage labor, COGS, inventory, and vendor relationships to hit budget targets
• Build + mentor teams – hire, train, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of accountability, diversity, and FUN
• Ensure exceptional guest service – maintain health/safety standards, resolve issues, and create regulars
• Execute local marketing + community initiatives to grow brand awareness in the Wilmington, DE market

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a General Manager or multi-unit AGM in full-service casual dining

Compensation & Benefits
