Restaurant Manager – High-End Fine Dining Steakhouse

A popular fine-dining steakhouse in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking an experienced and dynamic AGM to join their leadership team. This well-established restaurant is known for its exceptional service and luxurious dining experience, averaging $28 million in annual sales. The ideal candidate will bring a background in high-volume operations and a passion for excellence in upscale dining.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume fine dining steakhouse, ensuring seamless guest service and operational efficiency.

Lead and inspire a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Ensure all health, safety, and food standards are maintained at the highest level, creating a safe and pristine environment for both guests and staff.

Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail in service execution.

Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial targets while upholding the restaurant’s reputation for luxury and quality.

Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.

Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure flawless coordination between the kitchen and service staff for an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing high-volume, upscale restaurants, with a strong preference for steakhouse or fine dining backgrounds.

A demonstrated ability to manage teams in a high-pressure environment while maintaining luxury service standards.

Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and cost control.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and staff development.

Expertise in maintaining food safety and health standards.
