Total Compensation Package up to $75K ( Base & Bonus Potential)



Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead the daily operations of our select-service property in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will own every aspect of the guest experience, drive financial performance, and build a motivated team that delivers consistent results. Success in this position means happy guests, strong revenue growth, and a property that meets and exceeds brand standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance to ensure smooth, efficient service every shift.
  • Drive guest satisfaction by monitoring reviews, resolving concerns quickly, and maintaining high service scores.
  • Manage and develop your team through hiring, training, scheduling, and ongoing coaching to reduce turnover and build engagement.
  • Own financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and meeting or exceeding revenue and profit targets.
  • Apply revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy, room rates, and overall property profitability.
  • Uphold brand standards through regular property inspections, quality audits, and corrective action when needed.
  • Oversee property upkeep, coordinating preventive maintenance and capital projects to keep the hotel in top condition.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand requirements, and all local, state, and federal regulations.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hotel GM experience, ideally in a select-service environment.
  • Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores and financial results.
  • Strong skills in team management, staffing, training, and employee development.
  • Working knowledge of revenue management, budgeting, and property operations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field.
  • Experience managing a branded hotel and meeting brand compliance standards.
